New Hope Football Jamboree May 15th

Updates during the action at New Hope Football.

Please note that the visitor’s grandstands are under construction and will not be available for use during the Jamboree. All fans will use the home side grandstand (the one with the pressbox). The teams wearing the white jerseys will use the visitor sideline.

Teams on the schedule twice will play a regulation half at each allotted time. New Hope and Shannon will play two regulation halves back to back.

Price of admission is 5 dollars. Concessions will be available. Directions to New Hope.

Schedule:

4:30pm Starkville (dark jerseys) v Amory (white jerseys)

5:30pm Starkville (dark jerseys) v Pontotoc (white jerseys)

6:30pm Amory (dark jerseys) v Pontotoc (white jerseys)

7:30pm New Hope (dark jerseys) v Shannon (white jerseys)

All kicking game aspects will be played except no rush or fake on extra points or punts. Teams may go for two PAT, but not on a fake kick.

A bad snap on a PAT is a dead ball. A bad snap on a punt will be retrieved by the punter and kicked from that point, with the ball called dead at the end of the roll.
